Transaction Procedure

Every transaction follows a structured, transparent process designed to protect both buyer and seller from first contact to final delivery.

Letter of Intent
Buyer submits LOI with quantity, price target, payment instrument, and delivery terms.

NDA & FCO
Mutual NDA signed. Seller issues Full Corporate Offer. Proof of Product and Proof of Funds exchanged simultaneously.

SPA Execution
Sales and Purchase Agreement signed by both parties. Payment instrument (DLC MT700 or SBLC MT760) issued by buyer's bank.

Delivery & Payment
SGS inspection at load point. Product delivered to bonded warehouse. Payment released via TT/MT103 upon inspection confirmation.

The DRC holds the largest copper reserves in Africa. Supplementary supply available from verified producers in Katanga and Orientale provinces, with warehousing access at Steinweg Lubumbashi.
